This POW is in honor of my brother - my Mom recently scanned this old picture to me and it cracks me up. I'm thinking we're probably 16 and 17 respectively and dressed up for some holiday function, clearly (I swear, I'm like Colombo with my mad detective skillz). I remember Mom was behind the camera and said something like "kiss your sister" to which we responded with these lovely mugs. hahahaha, classic! Cracks me up. I miss you, Chris!

POW #28 The "Give me your best snotty teenager look" edition
I've been missing my brother a lot lately - even though he lives in Alaska, somehow it makes it better to know he's at least on the same continent. But, he's in the Middle East right now as is my step-brother Jon...that's too much worrying for us, for sure. I think about them all the time and pray they're safe.

My thoughts are with your brother and his unit!
And oh yes...that picture was classic!
That's beautiful! What is it? Velvet?!?!
And my word was "luslas" -- While some Southern states have some unofficial luslas still on the books from times gone by, where kissing your sister might be acceptable in some circumstances, Colorado most certainly does NOT.
Good one, warrenski007, with the luslas -- made me laugh. But, no!, the get-up was mama's tres chic ultra suede suit. Shows you how much I love my daughter to lend the pricey threads.
