So much to be thankful for...

Where do I begin? For starters, we've been in Colorado over Thanksgiving weekend and then followed by a weekend in Vegas - it was an amazing whirlwind of family, friends, and lots and lots of love (and food). Thanksgiving day was no different. My brother and sister in law are gone on a month-long cruise and their girls, our adorable beloved nieces are staying in Denver with Jen's parents. We were so incredibly lucky and got to spend Thanksgiving and the day after with them!

Thanksgiving day was glorious weather - Rob and I started out with a long walk down the Platte river in Denver.
Rob couldn't help him, had to do a Tebow in front of Mile High: And then we couldn't wait anymore, we had to go get our hands on those Dotur midgets! We took them to a playground and ran around like crazy for a while - the day was perfectAnna was so dang cute on those slides, non stop!

No, I wasn't bad, Abby and I were playing hide and seek :)
Some downtime for snuggles:
We played with them at the playground until dinner was ready and then we pigged out, Patti and her crew had worked so hard and cooked over 2 days....the food was delicious!!!!!

Rob and I wanted to do clean-up since we were such freeloaders on the food...and here's an incredibly rare shot of Ken, my Dad's amazing and hardworking caregiver (and part of the family, at this point) actually sitting still for one second. We call him the hummingbird...consider yourself very lucky you actually caught a glimpse of this rare sight. :)

And the whole gang, post carb-load and fully enjoying our Triptophan. I love "take one" best:
