Since not much has happened that's blog-able recently (or at least photo-op-able), I figured I'd post some old pics of us skiing. This is one of my faves, me and Nicole skiing on the last day of the season at Copper Mountain in college...and YES, I'm wearing jean shorts with long-johns, and YES, I'm wearing snorkel gear. Nicole's boyfriend and I opted for the "crazy people" look and he wore an afro...while Nicole went as herself, which made us look extra crazy skiing next to a normal looking person. Um, thanks. I love this photo, makes me laugh every time!!
Now, THIS is the 2nd time Rob and I ever skied together, the first as a dating couple! We went to Steamboat with his brother in college literally right after we started dating, seriously the week after we first smooched, so we were all sorts of lovey and giddy and to ski on top of it was an added bonus!
This was the one and only time we skied at Big Bear, CA. We were so disappointed by the short runs and the "snow" conditions were icy and horrible....but of course as we were leaving it DUMPED on us and made the drive home pretty scary. Funny memories!
And then finally, this was the last time we skied, in Tahoe, with our fam! Here we are the first day with Autumn and her darling pigtails:
