ROW - the Paprika Chicken Edition

Ok, ok, I fully realize it's been a month since I last blogged and THIS is what I'm coming out the gate with...a stupid recipe share? Well, there you have it, it's all I'm able to do right now :) but maybe it'll spring this lapsed blogger into action and I'll post more this week.  In fact, I will.  I promise.  I return to teaching next week (woot!) so I know I'll be busy, and I've had a relapse in vertigo again, so I've been feeling like crap, and it'll help me to have a fun little project on the side.

ANYHOO - we had this recipe (From People Magazine, who else) the other night, and it was so freakin' delicious!!!  I highly recommend it.

I know my usual gig is to also post a pic of what it ACTUALLY looks like in real life on our plates, but we were both so starving after smelling it for an hour that we gobbled it up.  Whoops.  You'll just have to trust us, it's delicious.  I sub'd chicken tenders instead of thighs because I hate the whole dark meat and grizzle situation and I reduced the cooking time a lot - next time I think I'll try chicken breasts just to mix it up.  Because that's how crazy I am.

Please enjoy - delicious!!!
