Sea World!

We actually have SOMETHING to talk about other than our house this week! It's a miracle! (but don't worry, there's still gonna be a house update too...for you loyal viewers, stay tuned). We went to Sea World over the weekend to celebrate our little man Bennett's 2nd birthday! We used to have passes and we'd go all the time, but it's been several years and we had so much fun with our friends.

Bennett was a very lucky birthday boy to have his Grandparents Tim and Linda in town...
and his buddy Neal and our friend Janie joined us too!

and we're off and running!
It was overcast and kinda chilly in the morning which was perfect viewing conditions for those adorable polar bears.
Love those beluga whales...so majestic.
Neal and Bennett were absolutely mesmerized and didn't want to leave.

This is the cutest darn video, Neal and Bennett watching the Beluga whales...so cute to see how excited they were and to hear B call them sharks.

Bennett's buddy Neal is a season sea world expert, he goes all the time with his Mom, so he was all about the Whale Show. Bennett's attention span held in there pretty well, though as long as you kept pointing out the whales (otherwise he seemed to think his goldfish snack was WAY more exciting and I kinda don't blame him, those things are delicious)




We loved the ray tank, it's so fun to get to feed and touch them...it's one of my favorite things to do. Bennett was so cute, he was so excited and was screaming and splashing the water.
