Quickie house update: they've framed our 2nd floor! For pete's sakes, this is going up so fast! I'm so glad we go every weekend to check on it otherwise we'd be missing all of this. We had so much fun on Saturday at our house, 2 of our neighbors were also there checking out their houses so we all had a great time showing each other the grand tours of our houses. I feel very lucky to have really cool neighbors and it's really special to get to know them this early on!

The view from our master bedroom. If you can look beyond the stoplights, we have such a beautiful view of the hills. We were here one foggy day and the hills were glorious - how fun to have such unobstructed views of nature - such a rare thing in San Diego unless you're loaded and live on the beach. :)
