Pics of the week - Attack of the BANGS!!!

It was my sweet cousin Heather's birthday 2 weeks ago and her hubby Dave surprised her by bringing her to San Diego for her birthday...more on that later...but to celebrate the moment, I dug up these two gems from the past.

Here's Heather and I straight from the 80's, do not pass go, definitely do not collect your Aqua Net. Because we're flammable. I'm thinking I'm probably 13ish (because when else do you rock such crispy bangs and think you look good?) and Heather is 17ish - we're both sporting some sweet do's, are we not? And speaking of hair...

Check out this gem of my Aunt Karen, cousin Noelle and Aunt Meg, circa 1988ish...loving the wood paneling of my Grandparent's house, these gals' awesome hair and those 80's sweaters. Man, I miss that decade.
