ROW - the Crispy Flounder edition

This week's recipe is super easy and pretty good, too.  Not slap yo Mama good or anything, but the capers bring such a delicious kick to the roasted tomatoes and the crispy fish fillets are pretty good.  I didn't find flounder so I used cod, but otherwise I stuck with the recipe as is - (what?  Unheard of!)


Um, I just realized this might be the most boring blog post in the history of blog posts. Sorry, they can't all be winners.  Go back and re-read the Australia Safe Zone one, and when you've poo'd your pants, come on back.  You'll appreciate the boring.
