Comicon was such a wah wah wah!

For the first year ever, I am sad to report, ComiCon failed to live up to our expectations. For some stupid reason, they allowed 100,000 more tickets to be sold this year and you could definitely feel the increased crowd impact. We lined up over 2 hours early for the first event in Hall H (which seats 6500 people, thank you very much and we've NEVER had a problem getting in) and didn't even get in! Sadly, because apparently we don't learn lessons very easily, we tried lining up 2 hours early for another event in the afternoon and didn't get in again. Warrenskis, foiled! Feel the rage!!!

Here's us when we were still happy and hopeful, lined up with our friend Mo.
Then we visited our friend Aaron who unfortunately had to work the event:
After we got the bad news of not getting in anywhere for panels, we rallied by going to lunch at one of our favorite places: the Tin Fish.

After that, we ended up just wandering around for the rest of the day, crazy people watching. At least that was still fun:
and more fun stuff:
Green Man from Sunny in Philadelphia:

And of course, we love famous people watching, this year we saw Patton Oswald - he was actually really nice to talk to and we chatted a bit but look how stoked he was to meet me, haha!:
and Hugo Weaving:
and Morgan from Chuck:
And Wesley Snipes (pay your taxes!!):
Rob was able to rally from the earlier disappointment quite nicely, I wonder why (oh, and before you get all "poor Beth watching her Man with all those hotties", please consider I'm the on who asked all these girls to take a photo with Robbio - am I the best wife ever or what?:I love watching the crazy as much as the next girl (see exhibit A:)
but this poor guy outside made me feel like I was at work:
I guess, all in all, we got some good people watching in, but boooooo on the rest of it, booooo! Oh well.....
