House update: we have bathroom tile!

As always, so much fun to visit the house - this week we were stoked to see they had added our garage door! They're going to paint it eventually, dark brown, I think.
They also painted the interior - all white and beautiful. It was funny because they put plastic sheets over all the cabinets and railings, but we still were able to pry around and see what we could as the looky loo's that we are.

Creative ways of drying the closet doors, methinks:

The railings have been stained and they look gorgeous! (at least from what we could see under the plastic, there was just one little knob peeking out)

They also have patched and painted all the baseboards and door trim, looks great.

Nothing seems to have changed outside, but here's a view of the back where the gas fireplace vents out from the living room.

But most exciting of all was the bathroom tile - we now have tile in our showers and tubs! I'm so glad we upgraded and customized each bathroom with tile - the white squares would have been lame, exactly what we had in the old house. But not now....wait for it.....Here's the shower downstairs...

Onward and upwards, can't wait to see what we have next week! Doorknobs? Counter tops? A girl can only dream...
