We took Galileo to the new house for the first time, snuck in the white fluffy contraband so he could check out the new digs
and mark it for his own...
I think he approves, he seemed pretty stoked to run around from room to room and plan out where his prime napping spots are going to be.
Holy cow, we have stucco! Well, at least the first layer. It actually kind of looks like a grey cement house in Mexico right now, but apparently the 3rd layer they do is going to be the actual color.
They've also done the 2nd stage of the dry wall, looks like they've taped and sanded and rounded the walls. Here's our fridge cutout:

So proud of us, too, we've got some of our to-buy list marked off: got a big beautiful bed, a washer and dryer, and our sofa and ottoman! Feels good to mark stuff off....there's plenty more to come. woohoo!!! Happy 4th everybody!!!
