More food!

Not that this needs to be a food blog, but again, isn't it better to look at food pics than it is to just hear about my dizziness over and over and over?  Well, at least I think it is. 

A couple pretty food pics I snapped over the last few days:
playing with that homemade potato parsley pizza dough again, this time I topped it with homemade pesto made with basil from our backyard, chicken, mushrooms and goat cheese.  Slurp!

Here's the recipe for the one I made a few days ago (with my little chicken scratch notes), it's from the best Vegetarian cookbook I've been making my way through called The Essential Vegetarian Cookbook by Bay Books:




 And then, get ready to hold onto your undies:  I have 5 words for you:  Chocolate peanut butter pretzel pie.  Can I get a what what? It's slap-yo-mama amazing, and you pretty much want to have some private time with your slice.  It's that good...and I got it from People magazine!  Love you, People!
