Other house visitors:

It's been so much fun to have people over to our house, we FINALLY have room to entertain! I'm in heaven! God only knows how we were able to cram 15 girls in wedding dresses in our old house, it was pretty tiny and anytime we had people over, we felt pretty cramped (but at least we didn't let that stop us, eh?)

Our friends all came by one morning bearing gifts while we were in the middle of unpacking - such a nice break to take a load off and chat. Alex and Karen were "kind" enough to re-gift the re-gift of the Beth and Rob mirror that we had snuck into their house while we were cat sitting one time. Apparently it's the gift that keeps on giving because we got it back! Bennett looks pretty stoked to be here, eh?
Some tickling made it better:
And helping Auntie Beth unwrap some presents was pretty cool too.
Later in the week, Sparks came back over to help Rob hang the flat screen over the fireplace, it was so incredibly nice of him - if I had tried to help Rob with such a project, let's just say the TV may be in pieces on the ground and one of us would have ended up in the ER.Rob is so freaking happy with his TV. I'm still adjusting, but appreciate your kind words. :)The first non-official Sunday football watching happened shortly thereafter, notice the intense looks of concentration and the implied "woman, get out of our line of sight!"
I had some old Scripps friend over for brunch when my good friend Heather was in town, it was so fun getting together with them and we would have had a blast any ol' place, but it was especially meaningful getting to show the girls the new digs!Julie with her darling daughter Kelsey - our first toddler visitor! Auntie Heather with Paige: Last weekend we also broke in the house with our first official dinner party. Although, wait. Can it be a dinner party without dining furniture? We hung out on the courtyard and it was glorious. Hanging in the kitchen:

Have we mentioned how happy we are to be here? *sigh of contentment*
